Join Carrie in the gym on Saturday February 21st, at 11 AM for a gentle, guided workshop on movement and mobility.
Slowly acclimate your body in the space to bring awareness to how you move and learn about mobility, safety and wellbeing.

Open to all ages and abilities; specifically those who are new to international movement or older adults looking to bring mobility and balance into their daily life.

Wear comfortable clothes. Please bring a mat if you have one (limited quantities available). A belt or yoga strap would also help. 💛
