Farewell to Summer

This is the 3rd and final in the summer series: Cool, Calm & Connect. Using evidenced-based, clinical knowledge, and the ancient wisdom of dance and yoga to connect mind and body.

🍁 ✨ 🍂 🌙 September can be a difficult month for many. The days begin to shorten, as the temperature get’s cooler in this part of the world. It’s a time of changes, endings, and beginnings. We say goodbye to summer, as we slowly shift into fall.

This class is gentle, beginner friendly, and open to all bodies. There is a tiered payment option to allow more accessibility.

Yoga mats, blocks and blankets will be available. Feel free to bring your own. Wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in.
