Open Book

Pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 70.45, the assessment roll for the year 2025 assessment will be open for examination on Thursday, October
23rd from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., at the Oakland Town Hall at 6152 S County Road K, South Range, WI 54874. Assessor Kayne
Brenner of Chimney Rock Appraisal will be available during that time to answer questions about property assessments and other
property concerns. Instructional material will be provided at the Open Book to persons who wish to object to their valuations
under Wis. Stat. § 70.47.
