Axis I: Root is a teaching-centered workshop exploring the foundations of the root chakra and its role in safety, grounding, and stability. This two-hour class blends education with embodied experience, offering a practical understanding of how the root chakra functions physically, emotionally, and energetically.
Participants will learn about supportive tools for the root chakra, including:
• grounding and nervous system practices
• crystals and earth-based supports
• aromatherapy and scent as regulation
• movement, sound, and somatic awareness
Each teaching segment is paired with gentle practices to help the information integrate into the body, not just the mind. This is an intimate, small-group learning space rooted in curiosity, consent, and accessibility.
