Farewell for Ed Miski
Sunday, November 9th | 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM | MPR
After nine wonderful years of sharing his musical gifts with our parish, Ed Miski, our beloved Music Director, will be moving to North Carolina to begin a new chapter in his life and ministry at St. Luke Parish in Mint Hill, near his brother’s family.
In his own words:
“Life is a journey. We write many chapters of our milestones and achievements. Some of you may know that my brother and his family live in Charlotte, North Carolina. In my more recent visits, it was becoming more evident that I need to be in their lives more, along with them in mine.
I will be leaving St. Joseph Parish on Sunday, November 16th to begin a new chapter in my life at St. Luke Parish in Mint Hill, North Carolina, not too far from my brother's home. This is not an easy decision to make since we have been praying together for the last nine years. However, I believe that this is the time to begin a new season, and I know that everything will work out for the betterment of all. I will miss you all deeply; the many friends I have made here, our music team, Fr. Stan, and the staff. Thank you for making this chapter of my life a memorable one.”
