Join me for an uplifting somatic movement and dance experience designed to release stress, energize your body, and tap into pure, unshakable joy. Through a blend of mindful movement, breathwork, and free-form dance, you’ll connect deeply with yourself, open your heart, and rediscover the bliss that lives inside you.
In this class, you’ll:
Shake off heaviness and stress through guided somatic release
Open your body to flow, freedom, and creative expression
Dance in a way that feels natural and nourishing
Activate the energy of joy from the inside out
Leave feeling lighter, brighter, and deeply connected to yourself
No experience needed. Just bring your breath, your body, and your heart.
This isn’t a performance—it’s a homecoming to your most empowered, expressive self.
The SAH Method (Somatic Activated Healing) is a body-based practice that uses somatic movement, rhythmic breath, dynamic meditation, soulful mantras and liberating dance to gently awaken your emotional landscape—at your own pace, with deep compassion.
You don’t have to be a dancer.
You don’t need to have it all together.
Just come as you are. All parts of you are welcome here.
Please wear something comfortable to move around in.
