Michelle Rankin is an award-winning tax professor, CPA, and an expert in helping professionals grow and develop skills through engaging content. She is passionate about building trust-rich relationships to better understand the perspectives and needs of those she works with and uses that knowledge to create fulfilling experiences and opportunities. Annie Iden is a Human Capital Strategist, CPA, seasoned entrepreneur, and a trailblazer in the world of Skills-Based Transformation. Annie has led large-scale talent and organizational strategy initiatives for companies of all sizes, from startups to Fortune 100s and is excited to leverage her expertise to help professionals attending the event discover their unique set of skills and strengths in a way that will propel them forward on their career journey.
