Illuminate & Release - A Ceremony of Sound, Scent & Stillness

Step into a sacred evening designed to help you illuminate what no longer serves you and release it with grace. Guided by Terry Walsh and Marnie Bacon, move through mindful yoga flows, meditation, breathwork, and the gentle influence of aromatherapy. The ethereal sounds of live music by award-winning multi-instrumentalist Joe Merrick, along with Deborah Ogden, will enhance this immersive experience, creating a serene space for grounding, reflection, and renewal.

This Full Moon, the Cold Moon or Long Night Moon, occurs near the winter solstice. Its theme of darkness and illumination guides practices of stillness, release, and intention beneath the moonlight.

All levels are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat, an open heart, and any tools that support your practice.
