• Learn common heels moves used in your favorite dance videos
• Learn correct core and feet positioning so that you feel confident performing your new skills
• Learn a short, sexy dance routine

• Water!!
• Clothes that make you feel confident and that you can move in—our Babes dress up or down, either is fine!
