Creative Art Therapy workshops for current Defence, Veterans, current & former First Responders providing a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore and express their emotions through creative artistic practices.
These workshops use a variety of creative techniques—including collage, drawing, sculpture, and mask-making—to help participants process experiences, manage stress, and reconnect with their identities beyond their service roles.
By engaging in hands-on, reflective activities such as mandala drawing and emotion-based sculpting, participants can find new ways to express inner thoughts, build resilience, and foster emotional healing. Designed with trauma-informed care in mind, these sessions aim to promote mental well-being, reduce anxiety, and encourage personal growth through the power of creative expression.
