Aussie Optimism - Parent Information Session

The Aussie Optimism Program was developed by Curtin University to reduce and prevent anxiety and depression in children and adolescents.

Come along to this introductory session on the “I Spy Feelings” 3 years and over program to find out:
- How you support children in the early years
- What are the benefits of Social and Emotional Learning
- How this will support your children in school
- Where you can access this program for your children
- What we can do at home to provide a holistic approach to the learning

Information will also be available for the other Aussie Optimism programs supporting children from Kindy to year 8.
