Join us on Thursday 31 July from 5pm as we open the doors to three dynamic new exhibitions and thoughtful conversation. QCAD Thursdays are more than openings – they’re an invitation to explore, question, and connect through contemporary visual arts and design.
🔹 Webb Gallery – Static:
Kirra Dullat, Matte Dixon, Briana Foster, Maria Hill & Chiara Kostoglou explore the paradoxes of stillness and movement through post-photography and analogue techniques. A haunting meditation on memory, light, and image.
🔹 Grey Street Gallery – Nunchi:
Hannah Seong & Lois Kim transform the gallery into a metaphorical Asian-Australian household, using the Korean concept of nunchi to explore silence, subtlety, and diasporic emotion.
🔹 Project Gallery – WH50:
Celebrating 50 years of feminist resistance, Women’s House presents archival works, creative workshops, and First Nations-led projects in a powerful exhibition of collective action and care.
🔹 Glass Box – Jesse Moussy:
A solo show by Griffith Print Club’s Jesse Moussy, showcasing recent print works from the QCAD student.
