Sound with Intention
Sound and Intention- A seasonal gathering as we welcome in the Lunar New Year.
This nourishing collaboration offers you a nourishing space to pause, reflect and gently invite you to set intentions. Followed by a restorative sound bath. The evening is shaped by a shared love of nature, seasonal rhythms and simple rituals. This session is open to anyone who is seeking a moment in time to slow down but with more intention.
Cluna will be weaving in the intention, scent and reflection to start. Followed by Jem who will guide you into a deeply grounding sound bath to promote rest and regrowth.

A clam space to rest and reset.
No experience is needed - just come as you are. Please bring whatever you need to be comfortable laying on the floor for the Sound Bath. Chairs can be provided if preferred.
