BYOB (Bring your own baby)

This is a class for those parents who are ready to get out the house and do something for themselves that little one can come along too!
I know not everyone is lucky enough to get child care, so I wanted to create a space where you can come and move your body, support it postnatally and baby can come and join in the fun too. We will be focusing on pelvic floor health, strengthening our core and releasing tension from our shoulders and back to counteract carrying little one around.
This is an honest space where you can come as you are, balancing bringing a new one into this world is a big change and this course will create a space where we can chat openly, support and not need to have brushed your hair!
There is no judgement here, babies will most likely cry and you might stop and feed mid-session, all is part of this raw, reality class.
