A friendly group for beginners to advanced. A variety of different meditations, bring your yoga mat, a chance to lay down and relax.

Followed by a chance to explore and make a connection to the spirit world and your spirit guides for healing, guidance and communication. No experience necessary, suitable for beginners to advanced.
