Family Meetup at The Schramm Treehouse Classroom

The Schramm Treehouse Classroom is open to the public only a few more times before summer ends! Bring your family, meet new friends, and explore this unique, nature-inspired space for interactive play and learning. Admission is free, but a state park vehicle permit is required.

Start by stopping at the Schramm Education Center to purchase your vehicle permit ($7). From there, head to the treehouse classroom to meet the group around 10:10 AM. Kids (and adults!) can enjoy a naturalist-led activity, read books, solve puzzles, or build with natural materials.

Then later, for those who want more adventure, we will hike a 1.5-mile loop on the River Discovery Trail. A short, stroller-friendly path is also available as an alternative.
