Shelley will guide you step-by-step through:
✨ Preparing, colouring, and mastering royal icing consistency
✨ Flooding and wet-on-wet techniques for smooth, professional designs
✨ Staggered flooding for added dimension and detail
✨ Decorating four Christmas-themed cookies, from sparkling snowflakes to classic trees
Each participant will take home beautifully decorated cookies, along with Shelley’s signature sugar cookie and royal icing recipes so you can recreate the magic at home.
