How I approach this workThis is a calm, non-judgmental space focused on understanding first.
We’ll explore how your brain works, notice what helps and what gets in the way, and experiment with strategies together - without pressure, fixing, or one-size-fits-all expectations.
I work alongside you as a guide, not someone telling you what you “should” do.
What happens after you register- You’ll receive a short questionnaire (5–10 minutes)
- You’ll be invited to a brief meeting
to make sure the group feels like a good fit
If this feels supportive, you’re welcome to register.
If the group is full, you can join the interest list for future groups.
