The Dragonstaff 🐉
Similar to a contact staff but this prop rolls all along your body. Come learn this hypnotic prop, taught by Justin!
In this class, you'll learn arm rolls, basic body rolls and work your way up to a chi roll.

Stay after class for our glow and fire jam.
