Sound Bath

We are thrilled to host a unique floating sound bath meditation experience, on Wednesday, October 29th at MacArthur Place. The third of a series, join us at the pool for an evening of relaxation & rejuvenation designed to reset the nervous system and amplify healing. Led by renowned sound healers Jodi McLean & Jenny Dubiel, settle in for a deeply nourishing sound bath in our beautiful outdoor pool & lounge where you can experience the healing benefits of sound on your own personal floating mattress, (floating on the water) or reclining in one of our premium lounge chairs by the pool. You will leave this session with a heightened awareness of your inner energy and a profound sense of balance and wellbeing. This immersive experience will introduce you to the powerful healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, vocals, and more, guiding you into a state of deep relaxation and inner balance. Sound healing is scientifically proven to relax the body, calm the mind, and reset the nervous system, helping you feel more grounded, refreshed, and restored. Whether you’re new to sound baths or a seasoned practitioner, this is a wonderful opportunity to let go of stress and embrace tranquility.
