Dalle Valli di Gerola e Albaredo saranno con noi i protagonisti dello Storico ribelle, uno dei simboli della produzione casearia lombarda, Presidio Slow Food legato in maniera profonda alle montagne da cui prende origine. Ci faranno inoltre compagnia le bontà del forno Dalla Grustina di Laura e Mattia Ghilardi, la genuinità dei Salumi Masa e la tradizione della Distilleria Invitti.
