As the longest night of the year approaches, you’re invited to a peaceful Winter Solstice Sound Bath designed to help you unwind, release the heaviness of the year, and welcome in fresh, new energy.

• A deeply immersive sound journey featuring gong, Tibetan & crystal singing bowls, and a variety of soothing instruments
• A cup of handcrafted Dream Tea made with grounding, intuition-supporting herbs

• Gentle space for reflection and intention-setting
