Tyler Casavant at Aeronaut Somerville

Join us at the Aeronaut Brewery in Somerville on Wednesday 10/15 at 7:00pm for an evening of FREE music with Tyler Casavant

A folk-pop singer songwriter originating from Albany, NY, now living in Boston, MA, Tyler shocked most people by releasing his first single “City Lights” after he didn’t tell anyone that he sings or plays guitar until only a year ago. Being a former college athlete and currently working an 8-5 office job, Tyler’s social media bio states “I guess I’m doing music now.”

Now fully immersed in the Boston music scene, Tyler has been playing shows and captivating audiences with his original songs which are deeply rooted in mental health awareness, citing his struggle with anxiety as the reason why he first picked up a guitar and began writing songs.

Inspired by Dave Matthews Band, Noah Kahan, Mt. Joy, and Ed Sheeran, Tyler’s story-telling lyrics hit home with many listeners who can relate to going through a life change and adapting to a new environment.

While releasing teasers of original songs on Tik Tok and Instagram, Tyler plans on releasing a full EP titled “I think, I know” on March 28.
