You will learn how to make yummy plantain sandwiches, a tradtional carribean snack stuffed with marinated meats and a zesty sauce. We'll also be making small haitian patties, a golden flaky pastry filled with savory chicken or smoked fish. No need to be a master chef, just bring your appetite and enthusiasm!
