Cusick Funeral Home's 4th Annual Halloween Bash & Trunk or Treat

We’re thrilled to invite you back to one of Somerset County’s favorite Halloween traditions — Cusick Funeral Home’s 4th Annual Halloween Bash & Trunk-or-Treat! For the fourth year in a row, we're transforming the funeral home into a full-blown celebration filled with music, costumes, contests, and community… all for a powerful purpose.

In just three years, this event has raised over $25,000 for local charities — and this year, we need your help more than ever.

This year’s proceeds go directly to support the Adult Day Center of Somerset County, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that has delivered high-quality, compassionate adult day services for over 45 years. ADC supports vulnerable seniors and adults living with disabilities or dementia-related illnesses, while also providing respite, education, and emotional support for family caregivers.

With services like:

• Daily nursing care & Medic*tion management
• Physical, Occupational & Speech therapy
• Personal and incontinence care
• Horticultural, music, and art therapy
• Structured activities, social groups, entertainment & field trips
• Nutritious meals & snacks
• Podiatry, massage, beautician/barber services
• And caregiver support & education

…the ADC is a lifeline for many families in our community. But recent government budget cuts have placed this critical organization in a challenging position. Now, more than ever, your support helps keep their doors open and their mission alive.

Info: In our ongoing effort to make this event welcoming for all, we’re proud to offer a Private Sensory-Friendly Hour prior to general admission. Individuals with disabilities, sensory sensitivities, or special needs — along with their families — are invited to enjoy Trunk-or-Treating, food, and festivities in a more peaceful, low-stimulation environment.


This hour will feature:


A quieter atmosphere with reduced music and noise

Smaller crowds to prevent sensory overload

Early access to Trunk-or-Treat stations

Light refreshments and activities in a calm, inclusive setting

We recognize that large events can be overwhelming for some — and we’re committed to creating a space where every member of our community can safely enjoy the magic of Halloween.
