Hello Everyone!
Boston Zouk Praticas are designed to be an inclusive space for anyone looking to practice and deepen their understanding of Brazilian Zouk. I will lead a guided warm up followed by a 30 minute exploration to share some of the exercises and drills I have learned during my dance journey.
🔍Pratica Details (Extended!):
The first 30 minutes will be a guided warm up with stretching, zouk movement exercises, and footwork
Following that, I will be leading a 30 minutes drills/exploration session
The second hour will be have a slow music playlist for individuals to practice and dance
The final hour will have a pre-recorded set. People can continue to practice or just enjoy some social dancing.

Pratica's in July will be held at:
SomArt at the Armory, 3rd Floor
191 Highland Ave, Somerville, MA
(please bring clean shoes or socks for dancing)

📅Pratica Schedule:
Praticas will occur about every 2 weeks, alternating weeknight and weekend practices. Future confirmed Praticas:
Saturday 7/19 from 5pm-7pm (before Moonlight Social)
Tuesday 7/29 from 7pm-9:30pm
