group pt

Hi everyone! I am hosting a one off group PT 4 week block over the summer holidays. I am usually based in my gym in ilminster or wincanton but as i grew up in the area i thought it would be nice to give back and to help you.
feel free to bring kids and whatever you may need, we have equipment/weights for the session so just bring yourself and a water bottle.
Alongside this you will be added to our supportive whatsapp group over the 4 weeks to help guide you and answer any questions to help you with your goals.
sessions will be full body focused, fun of course! but most importantly you will be training with a group of supportive people 🙂
