What is ‘Journaling’ and why should I do it?
Journaling is a wonderful daily ritual that not only centers us but helps us to have clarity and intent for our days. In this class we will go over the ideas behind the rituals of journaling, ideas on what to journal on, what materials are best for you personally to use in your daily writing and more. You will leave with a journal of your choosing; journaling prompts and a lovely writing utensil.

This class is $45 PP and limited to 8 people. Class is pre-paid to hold your spot, via the ticket link.
