Meet a reSTARt representative

Goodwill’s reSTARt is a program that gives justice impacted young adults, ages 18-24, a second chance that is free to the participant. Program participants must reside in Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Fulton Huntingdon and Somerset Counties. On-site representative every Tuesday.
