1. First Course- Worthington White
Pear & Arugula, Bosc pears, crispy parm, dried cranberries, white balsamic vinaigrette

2. Main Course – After Midnight
Roasted tenderloin of beef, Sliced tenderloin, potato gratin gruyere dauphinoise, roasted baby carrots, red wine demi-glace

3. Final Course – Zinful Pleasure
Flourless chocolate torte, Strawberry, whipped cream
