This is our Third Annual Memorial Tournament, honoring our beloved Joey G, from the APA of SJ.
Joey donated and coordinated events to help children at Christmas many times. We are having this event a little earlier this year bc in addition to taking care of children at Christmas, we want to take care of some families and Vets at Thanksgiving.
** We will be accepting new, unwrapped toys at this event. It is not mandatory, but will certainly help additional children. **
As you know, Joey loved his SJAPA family, and he always wanted to make sure that all SL players were included in any events. In keeping with that spirit, the SL CAP for this event will reflect that goal, in order to ensure ALL SL players will be included.

4 (Wo)Man Teams
$200 per team, includes greens fees
25% towards charity, after greens fees
ONE senior level player (6/7) per team
Max SL CAP: 18
APA rules, but you cannot win/lose off the break.
Alternating breaks and rack your own.
Double elimination
Teams MUST be submitted, ranked high to low (A/B/C/D) and the order may not be changed throughout the event.
Active APA 8 ball players must have 20 matches in, in the last 2 years.
Active, eligible 9 ball players will be converted to APA 8 ball by TD's discretion.
SL's are LOCKED at the time of registration.
Other league rankings/unranked players may be converted to APA by TD's discretion.
Matches are a race to 4 wins! Reminder that the order of the players listed on the rosters when submitted and/or confirmed at the start of the event, is the same order that must be maintained throughout the event!
RACES:
Singles, one rack each, no time outs:
A plays A
B plays B
C plays C
D plays D
If after singles, no one has reached 4 wins, the match will go to Doubles until one team reaches 4. One rack each.
A partners with D, scotch doubles, one time out VS A/D
B partners with C, scotch doubles, one time out VS B/C
If the match still has no winner, it is Captain's choice and they may choose any 2 players on the team to be the final partners, to declare the winner. Scotch doubles, one time out.

Calcutta/Player meeting at 10:00
Tournament will start immediately after!
