Torsdagen den 15/1 kommer vi släppa biljetterna till årets bästa och mest efterlängtade sittning, MIDVINTERBLOTET MED QMISK.

Sittningen är för alla mästerister men KMR anslutna mästerier kommer prioriteras. . Puben är öppen för alla men anmälan till gasquen är som sagt bara för mästerister!
[ANMÄLAN & PLATSER]
Torsdagen 15/1 släpps biljetterna för Blotet, biljetterna kommer att släppas klockan 19.00 på puben och där kommer man kunna anmäla sig själv på våra datorer. Endast du kan anmäla dig själv och inte i plats till en kompis.
Om du mot förmodan inte skulle befinna dig på plats på puben så har du chans från kl 21.00 på nätet: LÄNK KOMMER SNART.
Om alla platser blir fulla kan kvotering komma att ske. Var mästeri har 10 platser från början. Vi kommer att några dagar efter puben släppa alla de resterande platserna fritt så ju tidigare man anmäler sig desto större är chansen att du får en plats. Det vill säga att om du är den elfte att anmäla dig från ditt mästeri kommer du bli den första att få en av de resterande platserna från ditt mästeri.
[AVANMÄLAN & BETALNINGSSKYLDIGHET]
För dem som är anmälda och har fått en plats bekräftad av Qmisk såväl som sin klubbmästare, kan en avanmälan göras genom att maila namn och personnummer, från den mailen som användes vid anmälan, till
cW0gfCBxbWlzayAhIGNvbQ==. Avanmälan sker SENAST DEN 12/2 23.59.
Från och med 2/2 00.00 gäller att alla anmälda som godkänns av Qmisk och deras mästeri har en plats säkrad. Varje mästeri är betalningsskyldig för deras respektive mästeristers platser som har godkänts av klubbmästare. I enlighet med bestämmelser inom KMR så löser respektive mästeri eventuella dispyter med individers obetalda biljetter internt, förutsatt att personen har godkänts av deras klubbmästare. Eventuella obetalda platser betalas till Qmisk av det berörda mästeriet innan nästkommande KMR-möte. QM kommer meddela de berörda mästerierna via mail dagen efter gasquen, om detta blir relevant.
[BETALNING]
Betalning för gasquen sker i dörren på gasquen via Swish. Det preliminära priset är 330kr , det kommer dock inte variera markant. Mer om vad som ingår i priset finns i evenemanget för själva gasquen:

Puben kommer i övrigt fungera som alltid, så mat och dryck kommer serveras i vanlig ordning. Med andra ord så öppnar puben 17.00, anmälan på puben sker mellan 19.00 och 21.00, puben stänger sedan "sent" (00-03).

The 15th of January we will release the tickets to the greatest gasque of the year! MIDVINTERBLOTET MED QMISK!

This gasque is only for people part of a mastery that is connected to KMR (Klubbmästarrådet) in Stockholm. This pub is open for everyone but the reservation of tickets is of course only for those who may attend the gasque.
[SIGN UP & TICKETS]
The tickets will be released Thursday 15/1 at 19.00 on the pub, you sign up via our computers, you can only sign yourself up and not your friend.
If you are unable to attend the pub you have a chance to get a ticket starting at 21.00 the same night on the website: LINK WILL BE UP SOON.
Due to limited seats we will initially limit the number of seats to only 10 per mastery. We will after a few days release the remaining seats to everyone (if there are any), the sooner you sign up for a seat the better. In other words, if you are the eleventh person to sign up from your mastery, you will be the first one from your mastery to get one of the remaining seats.
[CANCELLATION & PAYMENT RESPONSIBILITY]
For those who are registered and have had their spot confirmed by Qmisk as well as their club master/mastery president, a cancellation of one's sign up can be made by sending an email with name and ID number, from the address that was used at sign up, to
cW0gfCBxbWlzayAhIGNvbQ==. Cancellations of one's sign up must be made AT LATEST 12/2 23.59.
Starting 2/2 00.00, everyone who have had their spot confirmed by Qmisk and their mastery, has a spot secured. Each mastery is responsible for payments for the spots of their respective members. In line with regulation within KMR, each mastery will internally solve any conflicts with individual unpaid tickets that may arise, assuming that the person was confirmed by the president of their mastery. If there are any unpaid tickets, the mastery concerned will pay Qmisk prior to the next KMR-meeting. QM will inform the concerned masteries via email the day after the gasque, if this becomes relevant.
[PAYMENT]
Payment for the gasque is done at the door outside the gasque via Swish. The preliminary price is 330kr, it will however not vary substantially. More about what is included in the price can be found in the event for the gasque itself:

The pub will otherwise work as always, so food and beverages will be served as per usual. In other words the pub will open at 17.00, sign up for tickets/seats takes place between 19.00 and 21.00, the pub will close "late" (00-03).
