Join us to experience deep relaxation, where you can move away from stress, anxiety and tension. A Sound Bath is a immersive and relaxing experience designed to harmonize your mind and body using powerful sound vibrations.
Sound practitioner, Claire Allbut, carefully tailors each session to work with the group and beautifully tunes the instruments to aid in relaxation to help you truly switch-off. Beginners are very welcome.

For hygiene reasons, we do not supply any of what is listed above. Please understand this is due to potential skin conditions, bacteria and viruses that can be easy passed through such items on the skin from person to person. A Yoga mat will be provided for you on the day for you to use.
