Whirlwind - spin pole with Jade

Learn to fly around the pole with grace and control. Jade will teach you to create and maintain your momentum along with unique transitions and entries on to the pole. During this workshop you can expect to learn transitions at the bottom of the pole as well as at the top of the pole.

Level : intermediate (must be confident with climbing the pole)
