Matwork and Mobility Workshop

Each 75-minute class blends gentle fascial release, mindful mobility, and strength-building movement, finishing with restorative stretching to help you move with more ease and confidence.

This series is designed to support joint health, reduce stiffness, and build strength in a way that feels accessible and sustainable. All levels are welcome.

Series Focus:

• Feb 1- feet, ankles, knees
• Feb 8- knees, hips, low back
• Feb 15- hips, low back, deep core
• Mar 15- thoracic spine and shoulders
• Mar 22- core, thoracic spine and shoulders
• Mar 29- shoulders, forearms, wrists, neck and head
