Exploring Improvisational Dance

Older teens and adults are invited to explore the art of improvisational dance with instructor, Sue Biggs. This form of dance is inspired by the work of improvisation pioneer, Barbara Mettler. This will be a 5 week class on Tuesday nights from 6:00 -7:30 pm, starting October 14 through November 11th. The classes are welcoming and inclusive; Barbara Mettler wanted to create a free form of movement for all that organically grows out of the individual. There is no music or choreography.
