Come join us for a 90 minute gentle candle yoga flow, moon meaning of this month, mantra meditation , friendship, community, goals, and sound healing on the beach under the full moon.
Bring a big towel or beach blanket, white clothes (optional ), a warm throw or sweater, as the ocean breeze can make the nights a bit chilly.
