Atomic Groove's "Here Comes The Holidays" Dance Party Happy Hour The Red Nose Run Benefit

Our annual "Here Comes The Holidays" Dance Party Happy Hour at the Belly Up will get you officially ready for Holiday Season 2025. A little bit of merry, alot of JOY and just enough holiday reference to get you in the spirit.

With the Season of Gratitude and Giving upon us, we'll once again support a benefit for The Red Nose Run, presented by The Del Mar Foundation. This organization raises funds for non-profits like Sempre Fi and The San Dieguito River Park. Enjoy the presence of TRNR Volun-deers, a presentation about their long time efforts, and more on the 5k Run on December 13th on the beaches in Del Mar. Two dollars of each ticket will go directly to TRNR.

We'll feature our festive AG guests: the spirited AG vocalist Mark Jones and our merry AG Conga Girl Monette. Performer Studentz from the CW Fitness/AG Fly Girlz Dance Class will take the stage for a few songs, with their continuous joyful evolution. The entire AG band will once again, like we always do at these Happy Hours for the past 20+ years!

Wanna learn to dance like an Atomic Groove Fly Girl? Come take an AG Fly Girlz Dance Class, taught by Atomic Girl Carrie of Carrie Weiland Fitness. Held at locally-owned boutique fitness facility MB Fit Studio in Solana Beach. Class is held every Tuesday at 630p and Select Saturdays at 1230p (next one: Dec. 13th). A brand new series (#16) recently started and runs thru the end of the year. All levels welcome, no dance experience needed. The routine is taught and re-taught progressively in sections, so come any time during the series. Maybe even get on stage with the other Performer Studentz?!
