Have fun with gender stereotypes: a workshop for improvisors

The busy career woman, the trad-wife, the gym bro, the tech-savvy gadget man, the valley girl influencer, the 'fix-it' handyman, the cat lady, the sugar daddy, the new-age woo-woo yoga instructor, the boy-racer, the shoe-shopaholic... are just a few characters we may end up embodying and exaggerating in this workshop.

Through humor and playfulness, we will begin to fully embrace these stereotypes and accept them as they are.

In the second part, we will begin to explore tools for gently and joyfully twisting and challenging these stereotypes, and create characters that step beyond them in surprising and unexpected ways.
