✨ What to expect ✨
We begin with a moment to arrive, breathe, and let the outside world fade a little. From there, we first reconnect with our own bodies, giving ourselves time to settle before meeting others. Contact builds slowly and naturally. Sometimes through eye contact. Sometimes through a simple touch of hands. Some exercises invite lightness and play. Others invite depth and stillness. You choose what feels right for you.
You’re free to participate, pause, or observe at any moment. Every way of being in the space is valid. We remind you gently and regularly that your “yes” and your “no” both matter. Clear communication keeps the atmosphere grounded and supportive. If something feels overwhelming or unclear, our assistants are here to help you regulate and reconnect. You remain in charge of your own experience; we hold the space around you with care.

This workshop is for anyone who wants a soft place to slow down after Christmas. A moment to recharge, breathe, and meet others from a grounded and gentle place. You’ll practice expressing what you want, naming what you don’t want, and staying close to yourself in connection. These skills carry beautifully into daily life too.
✨ About the facilitator ✨
Tessa Anna is a dedicated facilitator of workshops in cuddling and conscious touch. She creates warm, trustworthy spaces where people can reconnect with themselvesand each other in a calm and embodied way. Her work is rooted in consent, the nervous system, and neurodiversity, with a deep respect for each person’s pace.
In her workshops, you’re invited to slow down, listen to your body, and explore what touch means to you in an honest and loving atmosphere. Tessa meets everyone with openness and presence, welcoming you exactly as you are.

📍 Location: Workshop space ’t Hart, Laan Blussé van Oud Alblas 2, Soesterberg. Free parking on site. Bus 56 runs twice per hour from Amersfoort Central Station.
