WELLNESS KICKSTART - SESSION 2

Wellness Kickstart is the Y's exclusive new four-week program designed to help members launch their wellness journey with confidence. It includes goal-setting guidance, nutritional support, and practical training advice from a YMCA health coach — all within a group of supportive members that help you stay motivated.

Each week includes a check-in, facilitated group discussion,
educational information, physical activity planning, and a personalized S.M.A.R.T. goal-setting session.
