This cave is constructed from natural pink Himalayan salt, featuring stacked salt boulders and bricks. The air is infused with rich negative ions, with its calming and detoxifying effects. This Halotherapy can support the immune, respiratory, sinus, allergies, nervous and lymphatic systems.
Denise has been creating Sound baths in the Atlanta area now for over a decade. She has played with many local musicians at salt caves, art galleries and yoga studios. She offers a variety of public events such as Sound Immersion, Past Life Regression Sound Bath, Sound Bath Yoga and Breathwork Sound Baths. Some of her offerings include private Sound Baths in her office or your location. Born into the healing Arts, she has provided Reiki sessions and classes for over 25 years.
It can be on the cool side in the cave. You may bring whatever you would like to add to your comfort: pillows or blankets. Please bring a pair of white socks to walk in the Salt Cave.
