Splits Workshop (ages 8+)

This workshop focuses on safely increasing flexibility for front and middle splits, as well as improving overall leg extensions. We’ll incorporate proper stretching techniques, teach body awareness, and strength-building exercises to help dancers reach their flexibility goals. Dancers will receive a month long ‘Splits Challenge’ take home! Ages 8+
