💚 Join APEX H&A aka Adults P.L.A.Y. 360 as we take on the East Palisades & Bamboo Forest Loop — roughly 5 miles total.
🌱 The trail is rated easy to moderate, with a few spots that may feel intense, but don’t worry — the intensity doesn’t last long. You’ll be surrounded by nature, community, and encouragement every step of the way.
What to bring:
✔️ Comfortable shoes with grip
✔️ Water, wipes, snacks, towel, sunglasses, sunscreen, etc.
✔️ Charged phone for those unforgettable pictures 📸
💲 Parking: $5 per vehicle daily (pay at the lot).
