Friday, March 20 from 2-5:30pm: Pressure Canning. Never buy chicken broth again! We will be making chicken broth from scratch and pressure can it. Everyone will take home 1 quart of homemade chicken broth, handouts, materials list, recipes and the knowledge of how to pressure can. There will be a discussion on canning different types of foods.
