Over the course of three weeks, you’ll explore what it means to be an empath—not as a burden, but as a gift. You’ll learn how to manage your energy, set healthy boundaries, release emotional absorption, and strengthen your intuitive abilities. Through experiential exercises, guided healing work, and reflective journaling, you’ll gain tools to protect your energy while staying open to your inner wisdom. This is a safe, sacred space for healing, empowerment, and soul-level transformation.
