Soundscapes Performance Ensemble

We will feature seven students from the PeninsulaYouth Orchestra who serve as artistic ambassadors for the Soundscapes program.
Performance Ensemble includes Shyota Smith (clarinet) Junior at Grafton Highschool, Angelina Christie (alto saxophone) Senior at Hampton Highschool, Tyler Pickett (violin) Senior at Woodside Highschool, Chloe Park (violin) Senior at Grafton Highschool, Colin Smallridge (horn) Junior at Woodside Highschool, Jayden Buch (tuba) 7th Grader at Crittenden Middleschool, and William Sprakties (percussion) Junior at Grafton Highschool. The ensemble has appeared at events such as the Port Warwick Art and Sculpture Festival, the swearing-in of Newport News city officials, and programs hosted by organizations including Sigma Pi Phi, Rotary, Freekind, and Virginia Health Services.
