Neat & Southern Bourbon Dinner

Join us for an indulgent four-course dinner where bold Southern flavors meet the rich warmth of expertly selected bourbons. Every dish is crafted to complement the spirit of the South!

First Course: Peach-Glazed Arugula Salad: Fresh arugula with toasted pecans, goat cheese, and pickled red onions, tossed in a bourbon peach vinaigrette.

Second Course: Crispy summer squash fritters with a sweet Thai Chili drizzle.

Third Course: Coffee and mustard rubbed smoked brisket, served with creamy potatoes au gratin and crisp broccoli salad.

Fourth Course: Warm sweet potato souffle topped with a rich bourbon-marshmallow glaze.

Each course is thoughtfully paired with a curated bourbon pour.
