Join us for a four-course bourbon pairing dinner inspired by midwinter flavors.

First Course: Butternut squash bisque
-Caramelized onion cream, chives

Second Course: Cabbage roll
-Pork, smoky sun-dried tomato sauce, micro celery

Third Course: Chicken saltimbocca
-Dijon velouté, rosemary cannellini beans, charred broccoli rabe

Fourth Course: Baklava
-Phyllo dough, pistachio, almond, maple agave
