Join us with your family and friends on Saturday, December 6th, from 3:30 - 5:30 PM, for our annual Lantern Walk. This evening is a beautiful celebration of light, hope, and community. Together, we’ll embrace the winter’s darkness, connect with nature, sing songs and share in the warmth of community spirit.
The Lantern Walk is a sweet, simple, yet truly magical evening where our community gathers to celebrate and embrace the darkness of the season. As dusk falls, we set off together on a trail walk around the property, our path illuminated by the warm glow of our lanterns.
Make-Your-Own Lanterns with recycled glass jars, tissue paper, electric tea-lights and other DIY art supplies will be available in the pavilion. You can also bring your own lanterns—homemade or otherwise! (You can find a DIY Lantern Guide Here.) Headlamps and flashlights are also welcome. Please note, however, that open flames are not allowed.
Dress warmly with good walking shoes! Cozy campfire dependent on wind/drought conditions. Not all trails are not stroller-friendly; walk can be shortened to accommodate a stroller.
